Disable Brake Pad Wear Sensor through Coding?

Hi, i quickly checked but couldn't find anything on this subject. Is there a way to disable front/rear brake pad sensors through coding? Maybe there is an option to disable this function?
I don't even know which module to look into for this function?
DSC? I found one line and there is no options except only one value - WERT_00
I can use nettodat file and add a parameter but what it should be?

Anyway maybe someon knows or have some info - please share!

Unfortunately you cannot code out the brake pad sensors. The quick and easy solution without replacing the sensors is to cut the ends of the sensors off, twist the wires together, put some electrical tape up and zip tie them up. You'll then be able to reset the light.

Yup, quickest and easiest. I've had my car like this for 4 years now

I'm having a similar issue with a 07 328xi. Front wear sensor light will not reset. I twisted the wires together and tried resetting both via the BC as well as my BimmerGeeks tool. If anyone has found a way to resolve this, please share. I'm tired of looking at the BRAKE light being on!

Thanks,
