I would like to give a shout out to BaanVelgen for the remarkably pleasant experience I had in dealing with them for my KWv2.

I am from Malaysia, and had order a set of these coilovers for my E92 335i.
Hendrik (the owner), responded to all my enquiries in a detailed and timely manner, and everything went smoothly throughout the buying process.

Unfortunately, bad luck rained over me and I was held at gunpoint after having a late dinner around the neighbourhood. The robbers took my car and everything else inside of it.

In these difficult situation, I messaged Hendrik to put my order on hold. On compassionate grounds, Hendrik went a step and told me it was all right to cancel the order, although the shipment has arrived at his warehouse.

I have to say in this day and age, it's really difficult to come across such a honest vendor, and I'm writing this to share with everyone here.

Kudo's to you, Hendrik, I have no doubt in my mind that I will deal with you again when I get my next vehicle.

A highly recommended seller to everyone here on e90post.

It still gives me a cold shiver when I read about the hijacking. We think it is not more then normal that in these situations customers have the right to cancel their order.
