Does that sound too high?
Although the pending deal is a 2006 325i +$700 (premium pkg) over invioce (including MACO/Training), free carpet floor mats. But still!!! |

I was charged $750 for the alarm and install, and thought that was a bit high compared to what others here have had it done for.
If you DIY, it still has to be programmed by the dealership, so you might want to ask how much they would charge for activation. |

Well since the entire deal hinges on a few hundred bucks with the alarm I doubt if he'd say no to $450 for the alarm? or should I say $500 to come to a middle ground?

Shoot for $500...its generous enough. Good Luck!! Tell him you know better...to back you up, you might want to reference Circle or Pacific BMW's price....

When I ordered my car I saw it on the accessories list. I think it was $388. I'm guessing that was the installed price? The car is pre-wired so they just have to plug in all the components and activate it.

i like the factory alarm because it activates the clown nose, works with the bmw tracking device, sounds nice, and integrates seemlessly with the Comfort Access.
