hi guys, I thought I try my luck here for last resort

Car perfume got spilled over the dashboard plastic part, left a oily look stain.

Having tried many things to clean it, however it's not working very well, I have got a feeling it it can be removed just take time. It's not noticeable when in shade (I have tried my best to clean it off) or say dashboard not hot, when car is under the sun with dashboard directly under the sun, the stain became noticeable as oil stain.

any suggestions what next?

some sort of a degreaser diluted down with a brush?

Steam it. Or you could try a water/alcohol mix.
