Pre-LCI E90, M3 offset questions

I'm about to buy some wheels which are M offsets...19x8.5 ET25 front and 19x9.5 ET22 rear. I have a pre-LCI e90 and will be lowered on coilovers.
Would both the front and rear fenders need to be rolled?
What tire sizes are suggested for these offsets?
Thanks!

265/30 rear is reccomended for the m3 offsets. but im in the same boat as you for the fenders being rolled

The pre-LCI has more room in the rear than the LCI, so with 9.5" wheels +22 you probably won't even need a roll, a 10" wheel usually requires a roll.. I think you could even fit 275's..
