Need someone to install my HID kit...NY/NJ area...

I am in Westchester County...need someone to install my HID kit for my 2008 5 series. I don't want to remove the headlights or anything....willing to travel...anyone know of a good shop?

I got quotes from $20-$30 saying its a 15 min job...willing to pay a bit more for better service.
