Looking for a convertible with somewhat decently low mileage, color really doesn't matter to me, open to all. Would like to spend around $25k but more for the right car.

You're completely mistaken. Missed out on a 2007 with 53k miles two weeks ago that sold for $24.5k. And I also said I'd be willing to spend more for the right car.
