403M wheels on E92 XDrive Question

I'm sure this has been answered previously, but I wanted to double-check that I made the right pick.

I have a E92 XDrive, and I just picked up some 403M style staggered wheels. The specs are as follows:

8Jx18 ET34 - 225/40/19
8.5Jx18 ET47 - 255/35/19

This should fit and not cause my transfer case issues, right? I know I'll have to pick up some spacers to get a flush(er) look. Also, is there a bolt size difference for the F30 (which the wheels are OE on) compared to the E90's that I should worry about?

Thanks.
