I saw those as well, but they look pretty dirty and/or stained. How well do you think they would clean up?

At first look they seemed better than they may actually be. I thought the discolorization on the base cushion was a shadow effect but on closer look is seems like the base and seat back may not match for two reasons.
1) The color difference of the base and seat back seems excessive.
2) My understanding is that LCI e90 seat backs didn’t come with mesh pockets.

I have purchased from this seller a few times and have no complaints. It’s worth asking them for better pics and more info. Also they could have another set not listed yet. But I wouldn’t buy with asking first.
