Exclamation Weird Comfort Access Issue

Started having an issue with CA today and decided to check the fuse (#61). Fuse looked good, but I switched it out anyways. When I put the fuse in,I could hear things making noises. I then checked the CA and all was working again.

Then it stopped working again,so I removed the fuse and put it back in and things were working again. seems like removing the fuse is resetting something.

Anybody had this issue or have any suggestions on what it may be?
