Body Vibration on idle and clunking noise

Hi all,

320D E93 2008, i have a really annoying cabin vibration while stationery which seem to reduce with a little bit of throttle applied, this is present all the time when I stop at lights etc, I also have another issue that may be related. When I apply my brakes while reversing to a stop, i get this clunking sound which does not happen every time, as if something is loose in its housing and it moves back in place and hitting another metal object. Any ideas anyone please?

Thanks,

Sounds like engine mount(s) possibly.

Vibration definitely sounds like worn engine mounts. Your clunking issue is likely a missing or broken anti-rattle clip.
