Boost should come in fairly quickly since they're twin ballbearing, but I won't speculate a number until the car is running this week. I would assume based on our data that is should be within 500 rpm of stock though. As far as the max psi it can sustain, that will based on a lot of contributing factors such as after market intake, echaust downpipes, etc. We will have more data once we have the dyno tuning completed. I can definitely tell you that it will be a night and day difference over stock as far as how it sustains boost and at much higher boost levels.

Will we need to a tune to get the max out of the turbos?

Nice! I would say these are of an appropriate size. Hope you did not compromise anything with the ability to go back to stock. My experience is that turbo upgrades tend to stay, if not even grow in size...

I wonder how you tune the ECU.

We are now and have always worked closely with Shiv @ Vishnu. We will be tuning a custom file using the procede along with a custom fuel system we are designing for the upgrade. The limit of the stock fuel system will be realized once we have completed the tuning. This is why it is difficult for us to say clearly how much boost can be run on the turbo upgrades before running out of fuel on a stock fuel system. There will be different stages for this kit, for example stock fuel system vs. upgraded fuel system. For the highest boost level you will definitely need the upgraded fuel system.

I'm guessing the kit will use stock pistons and compression since it sounds like it is a slap on upgrade.

Excellent! Burgertuning and Vishnutuning and are clearly ahead of the others, if you are going the piggyback route. I was just a bit worried you being from Florida

Yes, we will be using stock internals for now.

I don't think though that you get more than 500whp out of the stock fuelling system, even considering the better efficiency of the larger turbos.

Need to find the best way to modify it.

Yes, the stock fuel system has to be modified for peak power. That will be offered with the kit. The stock fuel system will not hold 500whp, it will be a lot less. You have to understand that the airflow volume is double that over stock. Therefore, the peak hp number is irrelevant. It has a lot more to do with the airflow volume at redline since the boost does not drop off like factory. Sustaining 400whp throughout the powerband with these turbos, will be much more efficient than the stock turbos peaking at 430whp and dropping off. The fuel system we will offer for the increased boost value with the ASR turbos, will be more than sufficient for 550whp.

No kidding, it would suck to pay 5-6 grand for turbo upgrade tp find out we broke the shaft or block. Either way I am way excited.

I don't have any doubt. 550whp out of 3 liter is not that much.

I know you said stock intake and IC plumbing will be stock, what about the downpipes?

Also will these snails fit into a XI? I'm thinking yes, but it is a bit tighter up front for us AWD guys.
