Update: First and for most apologies for the delayed dyno graph posts. Decided to go another route. I ordered the Simon2 Data Logger from Active Autowerke. Going to be doing some data logging and sending the files to Active Autowerke for some fine tuning to work with added E85 fuel in search for a few more ponies. Will keep you guys posted on status and of course a dyno run with everything hopefully worked out on my E90 328i setup.

I'll be sure to include dyno runs if I move forward with the MILVS ... for science ... and the children

I'll admit, the "250 Challenge" is difficult to ignore.
I have a 07 328i coupe 6MT, I thought I had read it was 235hp stock? But I've been wrong before according to my Wife 🤣

It’s 230hp at the crank stock, but around here when we talk horsepower we talk at the wheels. Basically it’s 85% of crank horsepower cause our rear wheel drivelines eat up around 15% of the power before it gets to the ground.

So your 230 crank horsepower is like 200whp, and whp is what dynos typically measure.

Gotcha👍 I knew the difference but I see how we're measuring so that makes me feel better, which ever way it is I'll take what I can get 😁
I'm doing the 3 stage, catback and AFE CAI and then probably the bimmerlabs flash.

I own the AFE CAI and have tested it and frankly it’s currently sitting in a closet. I would recommend you save the money and spend it elsewhere. You can duplicate (or better) it’s performance for around $100 keeping your stock airbox...

So OP's 328i with 240 whp has about 282 at the crank? And the 128i on BPC website with 246 whp has around 290hp at the crank?

plus or minus, yes. the S54 makes 333bhp, and they dyno at around 285whp. the N54 were rated at 300hp and dyno around 270whp (stock). The stock BHP on the N54 is likely under-rated from the factory, unless you believe there's only a 10% drivetrain loss.

300hp N55 variant cars make about 265whp
320hp N55 (The newer EWG Turbos, like the M235) should dyno at 290-300whp
360hp M2 are about 330-340whp.

They are underrated.

The 330hp G37 dyno around 27xwhp, right in line with the 333hp M3.
