After about 10 minutes of driving really loud vibrations come from the rear of the car

The vibration goes along with the noise of the wheel when it’s turning, I have a feeling it’s a sticky calliper but it’s really bloody loud and after a while of not using the brakes the sound will dull down and then re appear shortly after the breaks have been pressed again

I think the calliper is sticking and then through driving the disc wear the pad down slightly to free it up but then after I press it, it does the same thing again…

Any ideas of what else it might be? Or does my guess sound right?
