m3 rep front bumper painting recommendation

hi guys,

looking for recommendations for painting in DC/NOVA. had my current bumper painted and installed at First Choice by Ray but he said he wont paint a non-oem bumper and wont paint a bumper he didnt order... trying not to spend an arm and a leg here, appreciate your advice.

Not sure if you saw my post from two weeks ago, but I just went through this on my E90 and used Eldon Collision Center in Herndon, Va. Ask for Thomas. See my post below
