FS - 2008 Ducati Desmosedici BRAND NEW $70k OBO, fastest productionbike in the world!

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I'm relatively new to this forum, so first of all I'd like to say hello to everybody. I live in South Florida and am an avid Ducati collector; I have been driving Ducatis for over 12 years now and fell in love with them the first time I rode one, they are the pinnacle of motorcyles.

Now to the bike...

It is a Red/White 2008 Desmosedici RR, which is a Moto GP Replica. There were only 1500 of these racing replica bikes produced, and not nearly all of them made their way to the US. Each and every one is an absolute NECK BREAKER. The asphalt literally TREMBLES when this thing is on the road. This bike has never left the dealer, outside of being test driven (it has about 3 miles on the odometer). There can be no understatement in saying this bike is BRAND NEW.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iKZc...eature=related (0:57 is my favorite part haha!)

-Red/white exterior
-Chassis #408
-NEVER LEFT DEALER
-Perferct, brand new, mint condition bike
-Racing exhaust installed (you can youtube that to hear what it sounds like)
-You won't find a better quality bike than this
-It is in Miami, FL being carefully watched over and taken care of
-Reason for selling is ordered this bike 2 years ago when pre-ordering for them opened up. These bikes literally sold out the moment you were able to pre-order them, more than a year before they were to be delivered!
-Have title in hand, bike was not financed
-Michael Jordan, Brad Pitt, Jay Leno, Tom Cruise, and many celebrities own a Desmosedici RR.
-The bike is a Moto GP replica, which is the equivalent of a car company making a replica Formula 1 car...yeah...

Looking for $70k for the bike, but I am open to offers. NO lowballers please. I am in no hurry to sell this. People have purchased this bike for almost $90k USED. I will entertain trades for an e92 M3 plus cash.

You can email me at Uncleruckus34@yahoo.com for more information on the bike, to ask me questions, or to make an offer

You may also call me at 305-926-6323, my name is Victor

Good day!

Obviously you wouldnt spend the money on it unless you were a motorcycle enthusiast; this bike was not intended for novice play. The Desmosedici RR is the Bugatti Veyron of motorcycles.

Man, if I had the cash I'd buy one in a heart beat. 200hp on a 400lb bike is nuts. To put in into perspective, to get the same weight/power ratio, you would need to have about 1800hp engine on a e92. I do have to say that this bike is an overkill to ride on the street. Just imagine they were to sell a Formula One car that you can drive on the street.

bump for a hot bike. If I knew I wasn't going to kill myself riding one of these I'd be tempted to pick it up lol.

Nice video and definately a nice bike. I'm not a bike man myself, but I can definately recognize some bad ass wheels. This fits in that category. A wise Australian once told me, "guys in the US that ride bikes like this are called temporary Americans".

amazing bike, and they were priced at near 100k when they first came out that's a great deal for a well-healed collector.

My friend just bought one, he paid $80,000 new, he traded in his limited 1098r. I guess it wasn't enough power for him.

Good luck with sale.

But for that kind of money, I'd rather have metals wrapped around me instead of the other way around.
