Angel eyes H8 Halogen replacement/alternative

So my LCI 2010 has halogen H8 bulb for angel eyes and i was looking into cheaper alternatives specifically LEDs. Lux 180 is a bit expensive for me. Is anyone running any cheaper leds in their angel eyes as an alternative to the yellow bulbs that we have stock?

You get what you pay for. I gambled with cheaper eBay/Amazon bulbs before and it was always disappointing. They failed in a few months, flickered, were not bright, etc. I learned my lesson and stuck with LUX. going on 3 years on two sets in both my cars. Not a single issue even when sitting overnight in below freezing temperatures.

We also have a few resellers in Europe so that you dont need to pay for the additional shipping and Duty fees for importing: https://www.luxangeleyes.com/pages/i...onal-purchases. This may a better option if you want to go with LUX

Try Top Gear Solutions, they carry HPB LEDs, they are right up there with Lux in output and better price.

There is no LUX V8, you may be referring to the LUX H8 180 however. If so the LUX E90 V7 are for the 06-08 sedans only. The LUX H8 180 fit the 09-11 sedans as well as a number of other models/years

I installed the Lux H8 180's on my 2011 E93 and love them. They look great, top quality.
