FS: Seibon E90 4 door CSL style Carbon Trunk
** LOcated in SOCAL ** Hi Everyone, My buddy Will Shaw, over at Long Beach BMW, is too busy taking girls on rides in Mini Clubmen, so I am having to do his dirty work for him. I have his trunk in my garage and we need to get rid of it as its taking up space where more Adams detailing supplies should go. The trunk has never been mounted and has sat inside for about a year now, unmoved. I have not taken pictures of it yet, as I am lazy as well. The weave in the trunk is pretty nice. As with any hand made part, it has a few imperfections, but nothing that you would be surprised by. The clearcoat is nice and glossy, and very deep. The underside of the trunk is painted satin black. As with any carbon and aftermarket part, professional installation is highly recommended. Here are some pics to give you an idea what this part is. Weave Imperfection on the right side. Weave overview - really nice. Dusty! $400 picked up. If you would like to know more about me as a seller, you can visit my home forum - www.vwvortex.com where I have almost 15k posts I believe - its hard to keep track. I also have a website www.idwurks.com and you can contact me on aim at IDWURKS. Item is located in HUNTINGTON BEACH , CA 92649 Paypal and cash preferred =) Last edited by Idwurks; 08-15-2008 at 02:25 PM.. Reason: new pics |

Sent you an IM dude. I dont want to ship it yet, just because I am kinda scared about something happening during shipping. I mean its a carbon fiber trunk, its not exactly super super bulletproof. We'll see.

Good dela. I am surprised to hear fitment is that bad. How hard is it to make a mold of the stock trunk and produce. SIEBON in a huge company.

yeah but the whole tail light section was to thick so it had to be cut and sanded then new glass.... then the holes for the plate lights and the handle to lift the trunk didnt fit.. then i had no way for the stock interior liner to go back in the trunk because there where no holes and ...... just a bunch of crap i love the way it looks and the trunk is nice but fitment was poor

Ive heard issues with the tail light area as well. Honestly, thats why i suggest professional installation. You know I didnt make the trunk, so i cannot take responsibility for any poor fit, or anything like that. I am happy to have the price reflect any of your concerns though - and if everyone is saying that it is kinda a pita to get it to fit right, i would be happy to drop the price down to $400. I cant go too low since I am obviously just trying to make sure my buddy doesn't lose all his cash. But I am not unwilling to make a deal. =)

Bump for Will. Bought my car from him, hes a good guy.
Despite the fitment issues, the trunks shape looks amazing in person. And yes with some work, you can get the bmw emblem on there. |

Looks dope! Lets be honest, even Vorstiener has fit issues. I mean its something that comes with aftermarket parts. This piece is a really nice trunk - and with the money you save from buying it from a retailer - you can have some nice fitting stuff
