It's not about the money. If you can afford your BMW, $25 is nothing. It's the issue with both of you agreeing on a price and then you backed out of it last minute.

True, it's your stuff and you can charge whatever you like and sell it to whomever you want. But don't you think that once both parties agree to something, they should go through with it? Put yourself in the other person's shoes. Imaging buying your BMW. You negotiated and agreed on a price with the sales person/manager and went on to see the Finance person to finalize the deal; however, when you get there the Finance say the new selling price is so many $$$ higher.

I agree. Obviously the seller here doesn't know the meaning of negiotiating in good faith. I do it all day long with lawyers. If one of us keep changing our minds then no deals could be had.
In the future, I think the OP should really know what he wants for it first then go through with the agreement.
To drive out there and change ones mind is ridiculous...gas ain't cheap either. what about his time?
like stated above, $25 for $40K BMW owner isn't an issue right. Unless your parents bought it for you. Then thats a different story.

i will never beg or try to convince someone to buy this a car or a house from me. If you figure it benefits you then go for it not then dont, only you can make the decision its as simple as that. Thank you.

Just made a mistake and thought i had bought it for 250 this things been in my garage for a while. And if you cant understand then dont, dont purchase it, you dont need to PMS.

Why can't you be real and truthful for once. You bought this aero kit just about a month ago. Unless you consider a month " a while". http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=157339 . It's not hard to remember how much you bought it for when you only paid for it a month ago. Just admit that you want as much money as you can for it and let it be the end of it. There's nothing wrong with getting as much money as you can for it...just lying to other members is what's wrong.

Actually the price changed because the first time i wanted to buy it he was going to sell it as is and then he primered it then it was a different price. And a month is a long time....wow your such cry baby pmsing idiot..dude go jerk it or something.
