my pre-lci e93 335i jerks

i have a pre-lci e93 335i, i just found the problems couple days ago, the car jerks when changing gears, especially from 2000-3000 rpm, and when i slow it down, from 2000-1000 rpm, it jerks too, n i just got fuel pump recall done. i searched on google, ppl said it needs to get it re-programmed, n also when its in driving gear, the car(auto tranny) suppose to move forward without stepping on the paddle. but it doesnt. so anyone has experienced same issues? please help
