E91 LCI Roof Railing Carrier

Hi everyone, my friend has a 2011 E91 [328xi LCI], and recently purchased the railing carrier with part number 82-71-0-415-050, however it seems that these do not fit and are possibly for high profile roof rails as attachments whereas his current roof railings are low profile. But, as per RealOEM's website [https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...iagId=03_3151] it says apparently the correct part number is 82-71-2-149-541.

The first part number says it is for the following vehicles of:
3' E91 (02/2004 - 08/2008)
3' E91 LCI (07/2007 - 05/2012)

Whereas the second part number says it is for the following vehicle of:
3' E91 LCI (07/2007 - 05/2012)

I am confused and am wondering if anyone has any dealings / experience with this.
Greatly appreciate your time with this

This are definitely different roof rails than came on my car; my stick up about 2" further. Wish I had these...

The low profile rails came on late 2010 and 11-12 models.
The high profile came on 2006-2010, which is pre lci and lci models.

You need the part no. ending in 541.

Another question, is it possible the F31 roof railing carrier [82-71-2-232-291] for low-profile rails is compatible with the E91's low profile rails?

If the roof width is the same, they should clamp in.

gotcha, tried searching all over the internet to see if anyone has those measurements but all they have is the actual width of the car. E91 is 1817mm whereas F31 is 1811 and that still does not help our case
