boost not on target

2011 335xi 6mt and recently went stage 1, 93 American Oct. I am noticing a few timing corrections and cold start stalling, it’ll start up but die after a few seconds and has done it a few times so far in a week and a half of being tuned. I had a fuel pressure shadow code (I think 2bde something) but I cleared it and reset fuel adaptations and going to monitor it for time being. Here’s the two logs, any advice is appreciated!

Timing corrections isn't what looks like the issue to me. I noticed you're consistently about 4psi under target, but your WGDC isn't maxed out. I think at least with your WOT pulls the PID values aren't set correctly. Who did this tune?

Interesting logs. Those timing corrections aren't horrible, but it's a little telling that it's on the same 2 cylinders in both pulls. On the N54, cylinder 5 is usually the noisiest but repeated corrections on the same cylinders points to a hardware issue or a tune that's too aggressive.

Try logging again with LPFP, I'd like to see that. Your HPFP looks fine. How fresh are your plugs and coils?

Is this a custom tune or OTS?

I noticed that, I do hear a whistle when it gets into boost. It’s a ots stage 1 tune. When I’m on stock tune the whistle is gone or faint enough to where I can’t hear it and it makes the same boost as stage 1 so possible boost leak? But like u said wgdc seems normal.

So i dont think corrections seem to be my issue. But more likely a boost leak like I said to the other gentleman. Here is some more logs from stage 1, stage 1 e30 and a stock map pull as well. When you say logging with lpfp are you talking about LTFT? Also coils are unknown but the plugs are fresh step one colder. All tunes are also OTS v1.84 maps, I do want to try the v1.6 maps to see how they compare.

For what it’s worth, I also had similar issues with the v1.84 maps and so did other N55e owners. MHD deleted their official thread recently, and there were plenty of reports of issues with v1.84 (and complaints on Facebook/Instagram). I’ve been using the v1.60 tune and my car holds target boost just fine in those maps. Have you had any luck with the v1.60 maps?
