Have you tested it yet? 150 mpg might not be enough to efficiently dry the car. I have a leaf blower but use it on wheels, engine bay and various cracks and cravices, in those cases it is superior to any other drying method.

I havent recieved this item yet but i will try it first, i think this leaf blower will be enough to dry the car.
Th reason i bought this thing because I dont want to touch the car anymore using drying towels etc

You will still have to touch the car with waffle weave towels even after using the blower. It just gets a little off and stuff out of the nooks and crannies. MPH means nothing when it comes to leaf blowers. CFM's is what really matters. It's not the speed of the wind, but rather the power behind it.

If your LSP or coating is in good shape, water get blown off the surface pretty easily. I am saving up for one of these..... the ultimate car dryer!!!!!

I have an electric one and this is my big boy who does double duty. My yard work and drying the car. I still use waffle weaves after im done with it to get certain areas dry.

The idea is good, but that won't be enough to do anything. I have a powerful leaf blower (electric) but I still use my shop vac to dry the car. The shop vac in concentrated form dries the car so much better.

as i said, i dont have access to electric outlet,i wash car at self car wash bays
i will try and if i dont like it i will return it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but usually there are electrical outlets at car wash bays.

However, how about bringing a nice waffle weave towel? That will dry you car MUCH quicker than if you use a battery powered leafblower. You will have to use a WW regardless, even if you use the best and most powerful leaf blower.

let em correct you , there is only one self car wash bay in my area and there is no electric outlet there. i have tried those towels..but the idea of using leaf blower is not to touch the car, only time i will touch it when i use reload spray with plush microfiber towel

You are lucky that that the car will stay wet enough to use a blower, I tried to use mine once and after I was done with just a few panels the rest of the car was a water spotted mess

That is because your car does not have any wax or sealant on it. That is the entire premise behind using a leaf blower: if you car is nicely waxed, the water will bead, which in turns makes it easy to blow it dry.

If your car is not waxed or sealed, the leaf blower won't work.

The car gets waxed quarterly, but up here in the high dessert with 0% humidity outside you barely have to dry clothes straight out of the washing machine. Water sitting on the cars surface has no chance.

Yeah go for it, it'll work great in your climate, just not here I've moved to using rinseless washes, comes out shiny and spotless every time with half the effort. Sure it might induce more marring but nothing that can't be corrected...
