Did you take note of what the manufacturer date was of the tyres?
I wonder if they were an older tyres that had been left sitting in the 'wrong' conditions somewhere? |

I wouldn't mind knowing the date code too! I had mine fit last December and done about the same mileage, when I get home later I'll be checking my tread to see if I have faulty compound ones!
