Where to tap signal? Base stereo

Hi, I have searched, but can NOT find anyone telling how/where they did this..

2009 e90 LCI BASE STEREO.

I have a trunk sub, and have tapped rear speaker-signal..
Was going to tap underseat-signal today, and took out
passenger seat..There I found 4 wires, in the connector for the sub/midbass.

As I need left AND right underseat-signal for my converter,
do I have to take out driver side seat for tapping left signal,
or are the 4 wires on the right side, for both left and right "sub" ??
Really confused now..

I believed both left and right speaker cabels went on one side?
(passenger side?)
If so, dont anyone know the colors for left, and right side? witch is ground and witch is positive?

The front doors and floors are in parallel

The front doors and floors are in parallel in the base or stereo system so it
wouldn't matter where you tapped them.
The split is in the kicker panels I believe.

That I already knew,
But do I have to take out my driver seat as well, for the "left" side signal??
Or can I take only right side signal, into both left AND right input on my converter?

Isnt there anyone that has tapped a bass signal on base/stereo system before? Who can tell, or even a picture of doing this???

see this thread

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=364359

It will show you where to tap the signal from (one of the ways it can be done).

One more thing, the default (uncoded) base system has a high-pass on the rear speakers signal, so make sure you read the entire getting started thread on audio upgrade, it helps a lot.

Each side of the car carries its oen signal from the hu to the underseats then on to the doors

You will have to tap/build a connector BEFORE the underseat enclosure as i believe there is a high pass contained on the 6.5" woofer
