*New To BMW* Replacing worn out Parts, as well as additional parts

Hi, first and foremost, i have already searched throughout the forums and i can't find much clear advice on what else to replace while replacing the parts that are shot to sh*t haha.

I drive a 2006 325i with roughly 117k miles that i just purchased this week for just $2500. My family has owned BMW's all my life, but they're all more of the "Take it to the dealer or a certified BMW Tech" types.

with that being said, i have worked on japanese cars for years,(mainly 80's based nissans and datsuns) and i have a friend that's ASE certified in a few fields and is working towards being a master tech that will be helping me with work on this BMW, as i am very budget minded.

i am currently not looking to "slam my car to the floor" or be "JDM AF". i am looking to bring this car to optimal daily driving reliability WELL before anything else.

my current budget to get the car started on the road to recovery and reliability is $2000. If possible, i would like to get as much as i can via AMAZON PRIME, due to Hawaii shipping costs from most other sites rack up the price by, usually, a good 50%+

current issues i will be addressing areas follows, with links to replacement parts. any advice would be great:

ST CoilOvers for adjustable options, as fronts on the OEM are blown to crap.

Lemforder Strut Mount x 2

POWER STOP Brakes (Rotors and Pads)

Elring Dichtung Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set

MAHLE Original GS33637 Engine Valve Cover Bolt Kit
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Fel-Pro OS30747R Oil Pan Gasket Set
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

as well as front and rear URO brake pad sensors and front sway bar bushings.

While i'm working on those issues, what else should i replace/be looking for around the suspension and motor? other bushings, suspension that'll be going out, etc.

note: i will be servicing the automatic transmission after i take care of these other issues, as it shifts rough between 1st and 2nd, as well as slowing down from 2nd to 1st. if i slow down VERY slowly, it isn't rough.

i appreciate any help, and if i missed any threads on the forum that can help me with some or all of these issues/fixes/replacements/upgrades, please help by posting a link!

THANKS IN ADVANCED!

Garage List
For some reason (maybe just on the app) I can't see any links to parts or a list of issues like it seems you are listing.

My advice would be to take care of any leaks you have first. Oil leaks, coolant leaks, make sure that stuff is good to go. Do you know if the water pump has been done on the car?

Everything looks fine on my end. But I'm not using the app. I'm in Mobile (Google chrome).

Yes, planning on taking care of the visible leaks. I'm pretty sure the water pump hasn't been done, as the previous owner had the car for 4 years, and daily drove the car at least 30+ miles 4 times a week. Car is at 117k. Overall, car is fine, but I'm assuming previous owner sold car because they didn't want to deal with the few issues the car has.
