installing DP's

Did anyone notice how hard it was to fit the pipes in the car area? I had a lift and people helping me and they were amazed at how difficult this job was to accomplish. Anyone expecting this to be a quick one hour operation is mistaken I think unless you have done it a lot.

on an "i" its not too bad, it is amazing how tight it gets up there tho lol

It is tight but not terrible. I have done harder installs. The B5 S4 DP's are much more difficult.

anything with a 3" diameter is a PITA.

THey are all pretty straight forward to install. Regardless of the diameter or whether they are catted or not.

Just stating the truth bro.

DP's shouldn't take anything more than 2 hours to do. Putting the stock DP's in are the most difficult of any other set, and that takes about an 1.75 hours.

For a novice or a person new to wrenching, or a place that lacks specialty tools, this might be hard to believe.
