0 Voltage from Bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor/ P0430 Check engine light

Hey All
First time posting on the forum so will do my best to give all the details.
As per the title I have a 0 Voltage reading from bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor which is throughing up the PO430 check engine light.

Car details: 2005 BMW 320i e90 (Sept built)
Long story short the car developed a miss fire driving home on the highway. After fault finding found that coil pack #3 had failed. In the process I replaced all 4 coil packs, new spark plugs and cleaned the two vanos solenoids (a little dirty but nothing crazy)
Everything was good for a few weeks before the check engine light came up. Again went fault finding and heres what I have so far.
Bank 1 sensor 2 = Not working ( obd reader shows 0 Voltage)
Bank 2 sensor 2 = Working like normal
• Replaced fault sensor (No change)
• Switched sensors location on the exhuast ( bank 1 sensor 2 still showed 0 voltage)
• plugged a pre cat sensor into bank 1 sensor 2 (check engine light with obd reader showing the error for wrong sensor/crossed cables)
• both bank 1 and bank 2 are recieving the same voltage to the sensor
• both sensors heat up
• when both sensors are unplugged with the car running obd shows bank 1 sensor 2 reading 0 voltage while bank 2 sensor 2 is reading .466 volts
• checked all fuses inside the car and dme box.
• No sign of water inside dme box, cables look fine as well.
I've gone through forums and can not find any answers, feels like I've checked about everything and all seems to point towards a faulty DME.
If you guys have any ideas please let me know.
Thanks for your help

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but did anyone solve this?
Senario:
Providing all 02 sensors are all working voltages checked at the connector plugs and warmed up & reading and new, wiring checked at ECU, ECU checked and not water damaged, MAF is new and voltage checked and working, MAP replaced, plugs replaced coils replaced.

I got told to reset it in INPA anyone know? Any other ideas?
Thanks in Advance.
