Opportunistic maintenance

I have an E90 LCI 330D with 86,000 kms.

I'm going to change the oil out on my ZL transmission.

Is there any other preventative maintenance I should do while "i'm down there"?

Note: the fuel filter was changed at 72,023km.

Id add the mechatronic sleeve to the list and call it a day if only planning to work on the box... everything else really depends on your service history and whether you have any present codes or issues

Use ZF LifeGuard 6 and replace the pan.
The sealing sleeve and the mechatronic sleeve don't need to be replaced unless oil is leaking or issues are present. Changing the mechatronic can introduce new problems like bent pins.

It would be worth replacing the sleeves at the next oil service when a lot more heat cycles have been made.

Yes, Motospecs has it all in stock. Should I replace the drain plug too? The torx screws?

The drain plug is included with the pan.
There are 21 Torx 40 M6 x 28.5mm (10Nm) plastic oil pan screws for the 6HP26. Earlier designs used a smaller Torx head fastener than T40 which resulted in the head being stripped. Sometimes the T40 is referred to as 'enhanced'. These do not need to be replaced.

Follow the ZF refill procedure.
