What is the best tablet for trans XHP flash
I am having a problem finding an inexpensive tablet to use for my Xhp trans flash. I bought a lenovo, but it only had Android 4.1.2 operating system. The next thing is that it has to be usb OTG compatible. Forgot I needed 4.3 and higher but it was only $30. Any ideas on a device would be greatly appreciated. All my stuff at home is Apple with the IOS system.

I bought a BNIB LG G Pad 3 off someone on Craigslist for 100$ CDN. You can obviously find much cheaper options but I went with this for two reasons. It had a full USB 2.0 Port on the top of th tablet so I could plug the K-Dan Cable directly into it no need to buy a Micro USD Adapter Cable. The second reason was I also just wanted a decent Android Tablet for everyday use.

Bought a really nice bricked Nexus 7 Gen 2 for $60. Someone tried to root it and failed. Reformatted and reloaded the OS and it works great.

My tablet is an 8" LG VK815
These are 4G LTE that Verizon gave away with a new phone (or something) a few yrs ago. I found mine on CL for less than $50. Full size usb. If you have Verizon you can activate it's data function. |

I run VMware Fusion for MAC and just loaded Android 8.1RC2 on a VM. No new device needed. I booted the Andoird VM and downloaded the xHP tool from Google Play store, runs just fine on the VM. This can be done with VMware Workstation for Windows as well and suspect it could also be done with VMware Player.
