2010 E91 ABS,DSC,Power steering not working! Need help!

So problems began when my DME got water damaged,car was cranking but not starting.After trying to start it for maybe 5 times my dash lit up with warning lights(my guess something shorted).I took DME out,dried it then put it back and it started but was running rough and throttle was not working. So I bought used DME and took it with CAS and old DME to ECU repair shop,guy in the shop told me that he couldn't even read old dme . When I put reprogrammed DME back car started right up,but all the warning lights stayed.

Car drives fine,but I got no power steering,my turning signal dont go back,wipers runing constantly and I cant turn them off,speedo doesnt work,fuel gauge acts up,steering controls not working. I checked every single fuse.Cant connect to DSC with INPA it says No comunication.My guess ABS module gone?or maybe Fuse box?Here is Error codes with INPA,but its in German so I cant understand much..Please help!

Why do you think you would find it in the stereo audio visual sub forum
and not the general forum?

If you put in a new CAS and DME it needs to be programmed/synced
to the cars Vin and mileage.

Also best to install ista D its in English and provides assisted trouble
shooting directions and a database of schematics and procedures.

Have you checked the fuses?
