Steering Angle Reading

Trying to fix my cruise control as it currently doesn’t do anything when pressed.
Is it normal to have that large of a sensor reading??? It shows it’s only supposed to be at 600 and I’m exceeding at 7000.

Will getting the vehicle aligned solve the issue.

Also is it normal for the lateral acceleration to always be negative?
