Doubt about part number Amplifier

Greetings to all, I have a question regarding the amplifier.

I had a water problem in the section where the amplifier is and although I still have audio it does not work well, so I need to replace it. Confirm by my mechanic

My problem is that I have a question regarding the part number to find to replace.

According to my mechanic, who consulted the BMW catalog, the part number that I should look for to replace is: 65129143156.
However, when I checked the one on my BMW E90 325 2006 the code it has is: 65126960925.

Now my mechanic tells me that the part number could be updated by the BMW and that since that is the code that comes out that is the one he recommends.

Check on the Real OEM BMW page and both codes come out with the vehicle's VIN number.

My specific question is, which one should I buy and if any works for me?

If anyone had a similar experience with this topic, I appreciate their advice and views.

I appreciate your help because I do not have the luxury of returning any purchase I live outside the USA in COSTA RICA and if I bring it and make a mistake I would lose my money. Thank you very much

No significant difference in any of the Hi Fi amps from 06 to 09
assuming you have Hi Fi .
you can buy a used one on ebay for less than 100 US and they are
pretty much very easy to change out.
One lever for the on connector the rest is mounting screws.

The black amp is for cars from 06 to 09

Yes thatīs Correct is a Hi Fi amp.
My concern started when some amplifier sales said that I had to be sure of the code because they look the same but they don't work the same. From what I understand there are 2 codes that are the ones I put in my previous post and they are for the 3 series of the E90. So I wanted to know if there would be any significant difference.

This one that you suggest uses the same part number that my mechanic recommended.

It's and analog amp and the Input and Output Pinouts have never changed as far
as I know till the F30 series where they added a center channel.

Any way there are some for sale on ebay that match your exact number.

That is correct, the problem is with the 2 numbers of parts that I hope work the same because my car says one and my mechanic tells me another that I consult with the bmw catalog. That's my doubt
