Well you have every right to be pissed. I'm assuming they are taking care of you through warranty.

The thing is I can't send it for warranty as they are installed on the car. If I unmount them, car will sit on jack stand.

OP, Im not saying KW is a bad product. But if you are living in a cold area where salt is dominating the streets in winter, don't bother with any of them unless the car will be stored inside a heated garage.

Also keep in mind that shipping would be an out of pocket expense. Considering that you'd have to wait for KW to review your case before they approve a warranty claim, you might be better off replacing the coilovers with new ones.

The only alternative to coilovers would be to do a spring and shock combo. The only problem with this is you get a bit of that undesired negative rake. Only coilovers will allow you to eliminate it completely.
