Smile KW V3 and fitment questions!

Hi guys,

Been going through the forums looking at all these x-models with KW setups and now im looking at the following.

Im planning to get KW V3 for my E91 330xd. Why V3 you ask? Because V3 allows you to get the ride more soft as there will be baby on board and i don't want the car to be as stiff as a race car.

The wheel setup will be following:

BMW Style 37 "M-Parallel" wheels from an E38 7-series.

Front: 18 x 8" ET13
Rear: 18 x 9.5" ET25

Tyre specifications for stock 18" wheels (eg: BMW LA wheel, ellipsoid styling 162)

Front 225/40/R18
Rear 255/35/R18

My fear is that the 255/35/18's will not fit in the back or will rub badly.

What suggestions are there for the tyre sizes and will this setup rub?

Also can anyone with KW V3's comment on the ride stiffness compared to stock x-drive suspension.

A huge thanks in advance!
-Coley

Just a few pics of the car aswell:

oh and one shot of the interior as well:

V3s are quite a bit stiffer than the OEM suspension. I have mine set as soft as they will go and it still takes some getting used to.

I had an E36 320i 2dr on Koni sport shocks and cut OEM springs - don't think it'll be stiffer than that!

But thanks for the feedback!
