BMW 320d Turbo Maintenance before it dies!
I have heard the horror stories about the 320d Turbo. Can you recommend any preventative maintenance before the turbo dies. I cannot hear it whining at the moment but the car had reach 65,000miles with full service history.
I have been idling for a few seconds before engine shutdown. The car doesn't have start/stop which I believe may have killed a few turbos in the past. I am happy to complete preventative maintenance. What would you recommend? |

Not with synthetic oils and pressure relief valves. I think oil starvation may have occured to the designers.
