Looking to get vmr 703 19x8.5 +40 front 235/35 19x9.5 rear 275/30 +33 or +45. Which offset would be best for rear and will fender roll/pull be necessary? Currently running 313 19x8 +25 (12 mm spacer) 235/35 19x9 +24 (15 mm spacer) 265/30 no rub stock sport suspension

+33, this is really good fitment for LCIs but a fender roll is necessary. You may need to increase camber a little bit if you're running sport suspension, stock camber can go as low as -3* but you should be fine around -1.5* to -2*. If you're wondering, this isn't enough camber to cause camber wear on your tires.

People fret over fender rolling since it's a 'permanent modification', but rolling fenders is harmless and not even visible unless you get on your butt and look up.

Ok cool thanks. I believe I'm around -2* in the rear haven't had any problems so far. Not so worried about having to roll more just wanting to be prepared. But yea I'm on stock e92 suspension which don't all e92 come with the sport suspension? I shouldn't run into any issues running the +40 on the front with the 12mm spacer either right?

If you're -2* in rear then you might be good, if you end up rubbing then a slight roll will sort it out.

Front is good, I would recommend using your 15mm spacers instead though. Money zone for 8.5" fitment is +20-25 offset.
