Whats going on here!? (OFH)

Hey guys long story getting my n55 head repaired and the machine shop asked for the housing to see if everything lines up and one of the bolt holes is super far off??

Why could this be? the head game of a rwd 2011 335i the head code is n55b30a

I know there are two types of oil filter housing but thought it was different on xdrive cars

I do not think this OGH was from my original engine since it has a big mark on it and my original one did not so I am pretty sure that OGH is from that head

All the other holes match up perfect

Video:

thanks!

Aside from having to decipher your post (use spellchecker), I think you need to fill us in on the background info.

It looks like your head has been severely damaged (the oil port in the head is no longer round)

how did they fix it? did they weld on it and then re-drill and tap some of the mounting holes?

Also, the RA finish on that doesn't look all that smooth but hard to tell from a video.
