Where to source LeMans Blue paint?

Looking for 2 options, really. BMW paint code 381.

1. Need to touch up some small chips, mainly front bumper and leading edge of hood.

2. Thinking of possibly spraying some aftermarket parts myself, things like side skirts, diffusers...

For #1, is there a good quality touch up paint kit that will actually match well?

For #2, I assume a body shop would be the place to get enough to do this...maybe a pint or quart. I see some places online that sell pints, quarts and even gallons, but they label them with their own brands...so not sure of quality.

I like this website, recently bought a couple cans of paint for my 300zx to do some small body parts (aftermarket nose panel + fog light ducts). Haven't gotten around to painting the pieces yet but I sprayed a plastic jug and the paint looked good to me.

Just a heads up but you'll have to select the M3 option in order to find the lemans paint, for some reason it doesn't show under 3 series.

My car is also lemans blue btw, beautiful color.
