Shop for oil pan gasket + motor mounts?

Any recommendations for a shop near downtown/north shore that could do an oil pan gasket and swap motor mounts ASAP? All parts ready to go. I don't have the space / tools to lower subframe.

BMWhartgeM3 recommended I go to Northshore Motor Werks in Peabody for my walnut blast. The guys did a great job at a good price. They are totally into BMW and know their stuff. Don't think they are big on doing tuner aftermarket stuff, but you not looking for that anyway. I would recommend them.

You could try Fastrack in Peabody of course but they always seem booked out.
Every other place I've personally taken a car to has been a scam.

I've never noticed North Shore Motor Werks despite living near by... but the reviews look promising.

North Shore Motor Werks gave me a loaner car too, which was great. I didn't have to hang out there or get a ride back and forth from anyone.

Yeah, I stand behind James and North Shore Motorwerks! You don't have to guess or worry about a thing, you get top notch service, extremely fair pricing, no bullshit or upsells. Work comes with a great warranty as well!

I used to swear by Fastrack, at least for wheels/tires/alignments. They've screwed up with my car and two other friend's cars. Done with them for now.

I was referred to Autoengineering in Lexington at least for wheels/tires/alignments. Have not gone there yet, so I can't put my name on it. Based on their instagram page, they use the best Hunter equipment, and post client's forged/high end wheels.

Interesting, I started using Fastrack for tire related stuff on your recommendation. I've only used them for simple stuff so far... I would be interested to hear the story about what they messed up.

I spoke with James at North Shore Motorwerks about doing a walnut blast. If you still haven't found a shop in a week or two (did you get the repair done yet??) I can give you my feedback on their shop.

- They scratched one of my Advans, and left a pair of pliers in the engine bay.
- Tore the axle boot on a friends car doing a spindle replacement + shredded a thermostat harness doing water pump install.
- Gouged another friend's brand new Apex wheels doing a tire mount/balance.

Yikes, why is it so hard to find a good shop? Thanks for letting everyone know.

Probably too far away, but if you’re willing to travel south to Walpole, then I absolutely recommend Wile Motorsport. They did my OFHG a few weeks ago and their prices were more than fair. They were recommended by my insurance agent who only lets them work on his M3.

I've never had any work done there but if I ever need some work done above my skill level they will be the first shop I contact. They've built a good reputation for themselves and always go above and beyond from what I've seen.

They host some bimmer meets at their shop, great place to walk through and the owner is super down to earth. Their instagram page is worth checking out, probably facebook too but I'm not on there.
