Near side wheel/something squeaks when I turn right?

Just started happening today noticed it in the morning but thought it was the CD player making weird noises.

Everytime I turn the steering wheel to the right and the car is moving forward, there is a high pitched squeak/squeal.

I hope its nothing serious? Does anyone know what it could be?
