Solution for a sporty yet quiet exhaust?
Hi, anyone have opinion on such topic?
I'm looking if there's any solution to my 330.. I find stock even with golf tee mod is still too quiet... my wife would complain if I get the performance exhaust though.. I think G35 or 350z's stock exhaust sounds perfect, not loud but can still hear it purrr |

The performance exhaust is only loud when u really get on it. I have had on my 328 Lci for a couple of months and couldn’t be happier. Imo i think that would be your best bet.

I believe what you are looking for is an oxymoron... lol
jk On a serious note, there aren't really any aftermarket solutions that come to mind that are as quiet as a g35 exhaust Usually if people are paying $1k for an exhaust, they want to be able to hear it PE is one of the more subtle exhausts out there, so you'd probably be good with that

V2 is way too loud for his needs.
Definitely V1.

Your wife won't complain with a BMW PE. You can't hear the exhaust with your windows closed. You'll hear a subtle exhaust tone with the windows open, unless you really get on it.

The Eisenmann "sport" version is quiet until you open it up from 3rd above 4,000 rpm. If you want louder go with "race". Personally, I would have bought the "race" but the performance is the same.
I bought the "sport" version for the very same reason...so I won't hear any complaints from my wife. hahaha |
