335d intercooler

Hi there
Recommendations for an intercooler, mine is leaking so I may as well upgrade.
Based in the UK, thanks

Is it the core leaking though? Or is it not just the o-ring seal on the quick fitting on the connecting hose!?

Seal is a cheap fix

Hi thanks for the reply, yes all seals replaced and sealant used too, it looks like it’s leaking betwee the core and plastic end join on the exit side.

Good afternoon, yes that is a lovely and top of the range intercooler, so pricey though and I have had masses of car expenses in the last eight weeks. Has anyone sourced and tried some of the lesser known / brand X intercoolers? As long as the build and fit is ok I would like to give one of those a go.
I have been pondering how to re-seal or glue the plastic to metal join but it needs to be temperature resistant and cleaning the surfaces of oil might be a challenge.

I have a VRSF intercooler on my 335i, fitment and quality was great, might be worth looking into a VRSF one if they do one?

Hello! Yes I've seen the VRSF cooler and it looks good, however it won't fit my car without several customer boost pipes. They do not do a 335d specific one.
