Available options for my car? 2011 E90 335 xDrive

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums, and recently picked up a 2011 E90 335 xDrive 6 speed. I'm trying to go down the path for upgrading the audio, and I've seen some Android head unit replacements for the iDrive/Navigation that seem neat, but not sure how well they work and the pitfalls.

Also for the audio, planning to upgrade the speakers (I have the HiFi system in my car with rear deck speakers), and wanted some ideas on that. Not opposed to adding an amp, but figured I'd check here first.

DSP first, then speakers if you've got Hifi. Lots of threads on this.
