Sensor location help

Hi guys, just got a low mileage E93, change serpentine belt, plugs, coils, filters - and putting it back together I wanted to confirm this sensor is in the right spot which is on the master cylinder side of the car. Should it go under the box that covers the master cylinder? thanks!

That's correct. IIRC that's just the prewiring for the hood switch for the alarm. But in any case, it's in the correct location.
