kw v2 suspension issue

hey guys so i took my car into the dealer today becasue i had a seat belt issue. any how they also inspect the car and see if anything needs to be replaced. since i dont have any suspension warranty left...

they said my front right (passenger side) shocks are leaking oil and leaking on my brake pads, and also claim that my sway bar and link is loose.. so that being said..

what are my options

do you think i can tighten the link and bar on the right side my self

and what should i do about the shocks,

kw wants 600 dollars for a new one they said, how can i get them warrantied out for no cost if i didnt buy them it came with the car installed

if u dont have a receipt i think ur kinda out of luck on this one. Your probably gonna have to bite the bullet and get a new shock. But u might wanna check and see if any of the other shocks are damaged cuz if they are u might as well pay like 1300 and get a whole new set.
