Ok,

I must be drunk, stoned, or completely retarded. I cannot find an SSK for the 328i coupe? what gives? Am I not looking the right place or something? man I feel like an idiot but I give up lol.

Got the UUC EVO 3 for my e90 330i, so when my wife got her e92 328i I went to UUC to get her an EVO 3 but they don't make one. So I looked for something else comparable to the UUC and came across the Rouge SSK. They don't make it for the 328I either... The only ones I see are the B&M and the OEM SSK. Is that all there is for these cars or am I missing the big picture? haha wow I feel dumb...

This. Well I'm pretty sure the shifter is the same between the NA cars, but maybe that could help your search. Try the vendor classifieds as well.

As best that I can tell the ONLY difference between the 355i and the "other" shifters is the dogleg in the lever. The 355i lever is straight. I run the B&M and since it's straight the knob is a bit to the right compared to stock. Doesn't bother me but others don't like the lever off center (slightly). You should be able to run any lever offered for the E9x (except for M3) since the ball and rod interfaces are the same.

I installed the BMW performance SSK in my 325i and it was listed as 328i. I think the the 325i and 328i have the same shifters. Not sure about the 330i. I accidentaly got the shifter for the 330i and installed it. The knob was below the top of the boot and the effort was rediculous.
