Might be man, not sure if I'll even get out of work before 6. I plan on going full out next week, my LSD is finally broken in.

hey sac'ers, who's up and able to help me to adjust my rear Koni Yellow? my rear has been a bit on the bouncy side and just never have time to do adjustment on it.
with 616 lbs Swift springs in the rear, struts are set to 50% firm, but it still feels a bit soft. should i stiffen it up to ~65%? i am no suspension pro and i just want to get rid of the bouncy feel, i don't mind a stiff ride tho. any help?

I read somewhere that you don't have to compress the rear springs to adjust the shocks. Is that true?

on my koni yellow, yes, it sucks that we need to compress the rod all the way down and turn in order to adjust the stiffness. it's not external adjustable one. FML

FYI - bunch of us are going to Sac Raceway this Wednesday. There should be a couple of upgraded turbo cars running as well as some guys hitting 11's.

What's going on fellas. I'm originally from Cali but I'm stationed at Ft. Campbell for the time being. Going to be leaving my car back in the sunshine state sometime in December. Hopefully then we can get a cruise or something in.

This will most likely be my last event. After this, I'll be selling the DR and sticking to a square road course setup. Let's make this a big meet!

Not sure about free but it can't be more than $5. It's only $10 to race. FYI, last time out I just came to watch....only made it down the strip 1 run.

Copied from drag thread...
1) 335i AT 2) SL and 50F 3) V5 2.5 with stage2 Aggressive maps. PMW Meth Kit and 60/40 meth mix (ran out so had to borrow boost juice) 5" ETS fmic. DCI. Wavetrac LSD. 4) 1/4 tank mixed to 96 octane. 5) No weight reduction. 4) Kosei 17" with Nitto NT05R 275/40/17 Was hoping for 11's. Didn't happen but had good traps. With 100 octane, 80% meth and a decent launch, think 11's and maybe even 118mpg might be possible. Best 60 was 1.952 Best ET 12.104 Best Trap 116.786 |
