If your going to replace injectors I would atleast replace 3 at a time. Ideally all.

I know they are expensive but if you are going in for 1, there is no reason the others won't fail down the road too.

Between Injectors, coils, and plugs you should be covered.

Intake valve cleaning can cause some hiccups but traditionally speaking it wont be as extreme.

Then again I should mention it's not advised to load up the car in 5th and 6th gear low RPM with so much boost. That's a lot of heat, and a lot of load.

Cylinder 5 injector was already replaced last weekend so too late to do more... I did buy one extra of the older style injectors though just in case another one fails. As far as I can tell the droning issue might be gone although I haven't listened to it. Definitely no more misfiring though and the car is pulling stronger than i've ever felt that (might be from resetting adaptations though).

What i'm most concerned about now is figuring out that squeak every time it shuts off or is coming to a stop and I put the clutch in around 1200k. Any other ideas? Belt was replaced and old one looked like perfect condition. Any chance it could be related to something with the A/C? I think I have a whine when the A/C is on so that might need to be replaced soon down the road also... Valve cleaning will be done in the next month or two hopefully.
