I believe this is true if you change gear with the gearstick between your butt cheeks.

You think thats bad. I was sorting this guys sat nav out the other night, and he said his mates e92 m3, is running 490bhp on a dyno. So, i asked him, what mods he had done. He said, remap and carbon fibre airbox......I tried to explain to him, that would never happen in a million years, as he would need exhaust, cams, pulleys and god knows what else to get that kind of power. He argued that it was proven on the dyno, but I didnt try to argue with him anymore, as its pointless. I didnt want to tell him that his mate got conned lol

There's something like that in the new Nissan GTR warranty.

If you damage the car and the computer says the traction was OFF at the time they can choose to invalidate the warranty.

I'm sure EVO mag talked about that.....

You might be right...

But are you sure your not talking about the old 'if you use Launch Control more than three times and your gearbox breaks then your warranty is invalid' or whatever it was?

If I had a Nissan, I wouldn't worry in either case, because getting Nissan to honour anything on warranty is like trying to get your cock into Keira Knightly's arsehole - even if you get everything lined up, you've got no fucking chance.
